Telephone Services - Services available in dorm rooms.  Incoming dial tone service only along with inter-campus dialing.  For off campus and long distance services please complete the attached service request form.  Additional charges apply and are payable to NBS Voice Services.  Credit Card payment required.

Please provide the help desk with your building and room number.

You may have to provide your cable modem MAC address to the help desk.  Open your browser and in the address bar type 192.168.100.1.  The cable modem MAC address is listed on the first page.   Western Complex cable modems are not deployed in the student's rooms and power cycling can not be performed by the student.
